從邁阿密一路海島風光開過來，路上心情很好，孩子們也開心。 到了酒店傻眼了， 跟網站上描述的完全不一樣， 整個酒店都有黴味和潮濕的地毯臭味，尤其是房間， 聞了頭暈噁心。 設施跟平台上的照片完全沒有關係， 那些洗衣機得又20幾年了。 ，我們定就是看它2023年才開業的才定，現在看來不要相信平台上寫的，開業是開業，翻新是翻新， 完全不是一個概念。 最讓人受不了的衞生，床品上都有汙漬， 一動你們的加棉內層就全部分離了，惡臭加汙漬，有圖有真相，嚴重不推薦！ 惡臭部分你們自己腦補…嚴重影響旅行的心情，造成我們今天還要換酒店。平台請你們立刻跟我協商退款和賠償

酒店靠近海洋世界. 沒有車去園區 但出入方便. 環境衛生普普通通. 隔音也不好 清晰聽到走廊的聲音.包含早餐. 但是沒有什麼選擇. 非常簡單.

The hotel itself looked clean and well-kept, and the staff were very friendly and helpful throughout my stay, however, the room was crawling with baby roaches. They were everywhere: on the tables, the nightstand near the bed, and all over the bathroom. I appreciate the effort the hotel puts into all the other aspects of cleanliness and service, but the infestation made it hard to enjoy the stay. Hopefully they take care of it soon, because it's a nice place in a nice location otherwise.

Dovevamo soggiornare a orlando per 3 notti. La struttura è comoda perché si trova a 15 minuti massimo dai parchi, è provvista di lavatrice e parcheggio gratuito. Purtroppo al check in non ci sono stati dati i soliti acqua e cookies

Great location. Good breakfast. Clean room. Ac working well. Only bad point is the man on reception isn’t the most welcoming of customer service- a bit rude.

Good value for money. Manage your expectations. It's an inexpensive, clean, proper hotel. The hotel has recently been refurbished. Looks modern. We did see some "imperfections" in room 421 such as a broken window and the shower door improperly installed (glass slamming onto glass). Beds are comfy (no bedbugs to report). Breakfast is ok (bagels, muffins, and yoghurt). Parking is free. Did we have cockroaches? No. But since the doorgaps are significant, possible. Value: +++++ Quality: ++++ Luxury: ++ Overall: ++++ Would I recommend it. Yes, if you want something proper on a budget.
